The Woobles website is amazing. The videos are Sooo helpful. They even have videos for left-handed people like myself, which can be hard to find. Having the first few stitches already completed and marked by stitch markers was extremely helpful!! I throughly enjoyed completing this project. It was my first time crocheting in over 30 years. I love my little Emilio, he is so cute!! 😊 I feel like theres enough yarn to make him a sister. Emilia! 🐢 I really liked the yarn as well. It doesn't split!! I believe its referred to as T-Shirt yarn. Being a beginner and having a yarn that splits can make crocheting more complicated. The fact that, the woman that created the company started on Shark Tank is super cool as well. All around I love the Woobles!! ❤️💙💜💚💛

fun project for beginner. would make a great gift for anyone of any age. i bought the fox as it is my college mascot. it sits on my desk. thinking of buying more for gifts for some of my colleagues or graduating students i have mentored over the years.

Super cute and easy to follow kit. I love The Woobles beginner kits as they help with learning to crochet quickly and easily. They provide you with all the materials needed so you don't have to worry about finding the right hook or yarn for the job. They also come with a code for videos to help you with the project, as well as the pattern itself in pdf format for those who already know how to crochet and read patterns. It is good for both beginners and experts. Their online support is super quick and very helpful if you have issues with your project. They also provide videos for common issues that may occur, so you don't have to worry if a snag comes up in your work. I highly recommend any of their kits. I will say, however, if you are a total beginner, I would stick to their animal kits with more limited colors, as their human character kits and super colorful ones with multiple color changes can be a bit more difficult for newer crocheters.

This was a gift for my friend's daughter and it was a big hit. They both tried it and really liked the ease in which beginners can learn to crochet. Their main comment was the quality of yarn is very good and easy to use compared to other brands. It's also super cute.

For a young child starting out, this is just simple enough to make learning easy. The colors, while not overly bright, are decently colorful. Good for working on motor skills and introducing one to crochet.

I had never crocheted a day in my life before getting this kit. it was truly a fun and enlightening experience to watch my hands make this little guy. I've absolutely discovered a new hobby. HOWEVER, there are patterns readily available for much cheaper (even free) within the crochet community, so for those wanting to continue their journey I would highly suggest visiting your local craft stores for supplies to invest in your hobby rather than purchasing one of these kits every time you want to craft. $30-$40 is insanely expensive for continued spending, especially since the yarn included with the Woobles is more of a cord material and it won't blend well with worsted. SO, yes - get started with a Woobles kit to learn your basics, and then do your research locally for supplies, shop around online for patterns (Etsy sellers offer patterns for as little as .40 cents), and do yourself a favor by thinking sustainably.

My grandson wanted it so bad, and wanted me to help him while I was visiting. He actually picked up the crochet pretty fast (he will be 10 in Feb), but got bored of the video quickly. I downloaded %26 printed the pattern, and he went quicker after that. Did he finish? No. Will he finish, probably not. So $30 down the drain for something he won't pick up again on his own, nor did he want to the rest of my stay there. We had a little bonding experience, but we had that making crosses out of copper pipe, and it was way more fun for him and his brother. With that; they have a keepsake that cost way less; with this kit; I can't say that at all.

this is a counterfeit woobles kit. the listing show an actual kit in the picture but that is not what you get. how embarrassing was it to contact the woobles help line because the password didn't work, to find out it's a fake? EXTREMELY EMBARRASSING! Walmart sells the woobles kits so I never suspected it would be a fake the pictures used are of the real thing.

Im not impressed with quality. The hook kept catching on the yarn which was ok because I have another hook but after I finished the main body and went to do the arms and the brown yarn had the stuffing coming out. Very disappointing considering the price if the kit.

You pay more than the yarn is worth and there's no instructions. You have to piece together tutorials on YT but there's none that's a full walk-through. Package says instructions included but it's just a link to a video about beginner crochet loops but not how to make the dinosaur. Waste of time and money. Just get a good tutorial and buy your own yarn.
