The X-Files: The Complete Fourth Season (DVD)

I love having the X-file available 24/7 without having to rely on online access or someone else's website. I recommend against purchasing streaming videos. DVDs and BlueRay give you control and privacy.

As a long time fan of the X-Files I still find season 4 to be my favorite. You want cliffhangers? Season 4 is for you. "Musings of a cigarette smoking man" takes us deeper into this shadowy guy; where he came from, why he is who he is today. . . I may go home and watch that one again. Pass the popcorn. . .

Season 4 of the X Files finds the mythology running high, the mysteries deepening and becoming more disturbing and the plot thickening to the deepest depths. Dana and Fox delve deeper into their hearts and minds and discover more and more disturbing facts. These are the episodes that saw "The X Files" at their mysterious, deep, disillusioned and disturbing best. Most Highly Recommended over anything on TV today.

One of the best TV shows ever made, Season 4 is definitely a good one that has you wanting more. Mulder & Scully are back at it again with another epic performance!! The only different thing about this dvd set is the packaging, It seems as if all box sets now a days are made the same, with the hard plastic case instead of the soft box. But once you put on the X-files you won't be worrying about that.

It's the X-Files and one of the best seasons. If you are a fan it tip top. If not, oh well.

Very Good Quality

This came in the cheap plastic case for the same price I paid for the boxed seasons previously in the store, so it messed up my set. But, as far as the actual dvds go, they are fine. Just cheap packaging for the same price as the better quality packaging.

Apparently Walmart has changed the packaging on the X-Files season collections. They are not the slim pack version I was collecting (with 2 of 6 discs in 3 mini cases in a nice cardboard holder). The one I received has all 6 crammed into a cheap plastic DVD holder, one that normally holds a single DVD movie. Not only does this mess up my collection but I paid as much for this as what the slim set costs on Amazon. Definitely returning it. Walmart needs to explain the product better in it's details section.
