Wonderful hand exerciser!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR NONE - PIECE OF GARBAGE
I've been through physical therapy for my hands many times. I was just looking for a single piece of equipment where I could easily do exercises while watching TV or reading and I thought this would be perfect. The hard shell is very uncomfortable - the pad does very little, the rest of the shell is curved too high so hand is not stable during exercise. The finger loops are too big, the exercise instructions were not detailed. The brochure said there were videos available for device at www.ClinicallyFit.com but there were such videos available.
