One of the best books on the market!
Christine Brown's The Yoga Bible is certainly the definitive guide to yoga. While DVDs are nice, it can be a pain to try to follow along while doing the poses. Ever tried to see the TV while in Downward Facing Dog? Haha! But The Yoga Bible contains over 170 poses, ranging from beginner to advanced, as tips for creating your own yoga exercise sequence. There's even chapters on the Chakras, meditation, the Kriyas and Bandhas, and much much more. Well worth the money! Both beginner and advanced yogi will enjoy this book.

great book on learning about many yoga poses. learn what yoga is about and what its good for. its nice it has all colored pages too. the only thing i would change is that the book had a spiral bound. so it stays open. overall good book.
