Not new, no cd
Like many others have stated, my copy that arrived was preowned and did not come with the advertised CD.

Used copy and NO CD
I also received a copy with the pre-owned sticker despite the site not saying anything about it. It did NOT come with the CD despite the posted cover art saying it would. This item is incorrect on both counts.

Got used copy - missing CD.
As the other reviewers have stated I received a used copy without the soundtrack CD despite that the product page that I ordered from was marked with a 'NEW' tag.

Used Copy
There is nothing on this page that says the product is used. The copy I received states it is used. I paid for a new product and received a used one. This will likely be the last time I order from walmart.

Received pre-owned copy
The page doesn't specify that it's pre-owned. I ordered this and a label on the back says "This game was Pre-owned. Any offers, bonus content and online play may not be available with the purchase of this product or may require additional fees."

Item not as advertised
Ordered this not once but twice (second time the price was even lower), but both times, I received a shrink-wrapped copy with the game's bar code covered with a label that read "This game was Pre-Owned." This is despite the game being advertised as New. The copy was also not the version that included the music CD, despite the item's picture indicated that it did.
