This was a gift for a friend who is recovering from brain surgery. She reports that it fits in her small adult hand and feels wonderful in use. I own several similar balls that also work well in my large hands. The material is durable and comes in a wide range of resistance levels.

This hand exerciser has just enough give to be effective. After using it a day or two it does get a little more squishier that makes it perfect.

I received this Thera band exercise ball a few days ago and I already noticed strength in my hand. I have arthritis in my thumbs in this seems to be working for me. I'm happy I bought it. I encourage anybody that needs to strengthen their hands and forearms to try this, I'm glad I did.!!🥰

I just bought this and love it. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my physician suggested a e ercise ball for my hands. I have already started using it. What I love also is that this brand has different firmness on the balls so you can choose what is best for you. I am starting out with the softest

The exercise ball must have been old because it is wrinkly and not as "full", like the THERABALL I have, not as firm.

never received item , called and cancelled delivery . these are said to be very dangerous and possibly bursting and injuring children...don't know for sure but didn't want to find out....can't believe Walmart even sells these things.......
