This was a gift for a friend who is recovering from brain surgery. She reports that it fits in her small adult hand and feels wonderful in use. I own several similar balls that also work well in my large hands. The material is durable and comes in a wide range of resistance levels.
I never tried anything like this but recently my hand had been hurting so I bought this ball. Its unique texture prevents it from falling when exercising finger: the ball sort of sticks to skin a bit. I say HAD been hurting because my hand hurts no more! This ball is with me even in bed because I like using it before sleeping and first thing when waking up. I wash it a couple of times a day because everything sticks to it. So pleasant to use and soothing too.
Recommended by my physical therapist over all other brands. I used the theraband hand exerciser for my tennis elbow. The workout helps out a lot to the road of recovery.
Recommended by my physical therapist over all other brands. The resistance in the theraband hand exerciser is just what I needed to help my tennis elbow.
I received this Thera band exercise ball a few days ago and I already noticed strength in my hand. I have arthritis in my thumbs in this seems to be working for me. I'm happy I bought it. I encourage anybody that needs to strengthen their hands and forearms to try this, I'm glad I did.!!🥰
If you have arthritic hands or weak muscles using this a few minutes a day really does make a difference
my husband has had this problem for them for 10 years 15 years and maybe even 20 got him one of those balls and now he doesn't have it it really works
My DR recommended this ball for therapy on my hands after carpel tunnel surgery. Good price and it's helping with my healing.
not what i expected, can't mash it
The exercise ball must have been old because it is wrinkly and not as "full", like the THERABALL I have, not as firm.
