Having tried a few different name brand kinesiology tapes, this tape has unbelievable sticking power and . It doesn't roll up on edges, it doesn't start fraying, and no matter how hard you sweat the tape doesn't budge and the support last for days. You can tell it's different right at the stretch, it has a stiffness to it, not flimsy. This is a solid performing tape that needs to be peeled off when you're ready for a change.

Easy to apply, easy to remove. Long lasting, wait to dry before removing tape after bathing. Extremely helpful once applied correctly. Took some trial and error. And the colors are fun and dynamic.

Pain Relief really does't have a cost but my budget is limited and this tape works %26 I can afford it...And it stays put for days... You really have to practice using this or just watch one of there videos online... Great for tight, sore muscles..Or a knee sprain.. And I like the different colors....YUP...Makes using this tape a little more interesting.. Once you place it-relief is on the way....

A Life Saver.... THERABAND Kinesiology Tape, Black/Grey, 1 Roll, with XactStretch Indicators, 2"x 10" Roll, Latex-Free. I've used a few brands of KT tape...I think I've tried just about everything.. I have a MCL tear or sprain/strain..It's painful %26 the only thing that helps is this tape and I put a Lidocaine Patch under the tape on my knee.... Using the tape is a craft-practice makes perfect...Once you have learned-applying the tape is easy and so so HELPFUL...Less swelling-Less pain-Better movement %26 stability... The tape will stay put for days.. I prefer shower wipes when my knees hurt-so get those too... I will be using the THERABAND Kinesiology Tape after my "CleanOut" surgery too...Very helpful in the healing process..

Love Therabrand Ktape! These precut strips were a bit disappointing. They were overly sticky to go on and seemed thinner. Again, love Therabrand! Guess I'll have to stick to cutting my owns strips, though.

This tape is advertised as being 20 precut strips of tape. I received one toll of uncut tape. I can use it but because I need it for hand and wrist pain, it's more difficult to cut it.
