Having tried a few different name brand kinesiology tapes, this tape has unbelievable sticking power and . It doesn't roll up on edges, it doesn't start fraying, and no matter how hard you sweat the tape doesn't budge and the support last for days. You can tell it's different right at the stretch, it has a stiffness to it, not flimsy. This is a solid performing tape that needs to be peeled off when you're ready for a change.

Easy to apply, easy to remove. Long lasting, wait to dry before removing tape after bathing. Extremely helpful once applied correctly. Took some trial and error. And the colors are fun and dynamic.

Bought this for tendinitis. It helps with wrist strain. I was using a different brand that was tan/flesh colored but it made people think I had my wrist bandaged. Overall, this works well. It is fashionable enough and it would be nice to try the other colors. It is slightly thinner than some other brands but very comfortable and breathable. It doesn't irritate my skin. Some adhesive gives me a rash but this doesn't. So far it's staying on all day and doesn't hurt coming off.

My husband uses it around his arm to hold his diabetic sensor in place. I use it on my foot when arthritis kicks in for support!

Love Therabrand Ktape! These precut strips were a bit disappointing. They were overly sticky to go on and seemed thinner. Again, love Therabrand! Guess I'll have to stick to cutting my owns strips, though.

This tape is advertised as being 20 precut strips of tape. I received one toll of uncut tape. I can use it but because I need it for hand and wrist pain, it's more difficult to cut it.
