I recently tried KT tape, but it worked really well for me. It provides great support without pulling into tight or restricting the movements, which is perfect for staying active. The adhesive is strong and stays on even through workouts and showers. It also helped reduce some soreness and gave extra stability where I needed it overall is a reliable product if you're looking for muscle or joint support while still being able to move naturally I would definitely recommend it.

When my hand starts aching or a sore, I am able to use this product and it helps to soothe and allow my motion to be proper, which then alleviate the aches

So thankful to have found this brand of Ktape. Well worth the slightly higher price from the bargain options. Adheres way better. Lasts way longer. And causes less harm when taken off. Can survive a hot bath, tons of icing and yoga. Have repurchased many, many rolls.

Great item for recovering from any kind of surgery works really well to help get rid of the pain from sensitive scars. Easy to use.

I like it more than KT Tape when I am dealing with certain injuries..sticking quality is better in some instances.

I purchased this Kinetic tape to help with my drop foot. It holds extremely well. It's sticky enough to stay on but comes off with ease.

It worked well for me to support my growing belly in pregnancy. Only used once but felt relief and look forward to using it again soon!

This tape is good if you need it. It is very stretchy. I use “cover tape” under it because my skin is sensitive. The very small area where this tape touched my skin stayed red for a couple of days.

I purchased this for arthritis pain in my knee as I had success with Kinesiology tape in the past for minor muscle/joint soreness. While the tape did help a bit with my sore knee, the adhesive was not as good as other name brand tapes. Usually I can leave the tape on for three days, even with showering daily, but this tape did not adhere for more than one day.
