I am very pleased with this unit. It's sturdy, and similar to the ones used professionally. Be aware that it doesn't come with mittens or plastic covers for the feet and hands. Something I remedied using plastic bags.
Excellent product. Just like the one at my therapists.
It feels great for the 20 minutes you have it on your hands. It didn't help much more than that. I didn't like how you had to keep it on until all the wax was gone.
Loved the bigger tub. But the cord was very loose at base of tub. Would not melt wax in 24 hour. I feel it may just been defected.
