It gets ice cold within seconds The device tip glides smoothly Perfect size to hold The wand maintains it charge very well. Settings are simple and intuitive Has a USB-C charger which makes it easy to replace if needed. I absolutely love this product and highly recommend it.

I have been using this wand daily for almost 2 weeks and have noticed a difference in my skin already. Love the cool setting in the morning to help reduce puffiness. The warm setting at night is a great addition to my bedtime routine with my night cream.

I'm not finding a way to have the wand head move smoothly over my skin. It just pulls the loose skin under my eye. Also…the lowest (least cold) setting on cold is still VERY cold. Hard to keep up the treatment when it makes my face so cold.

I love my Therabody, use it on cold in the mornings and at night on heat. Helps with the water retention under my eyes in the morning and at night the heat helps with my dry eye syndrome. Great tool in my fight to look my best in my 70's.

I love using my depuffing wand in the morning on the cold setting for puffy-ness in face and at night I use the warm setting before putting on my night ritual of products. I can see some improvement on my face and the device feels like a spa treatment!

I had a small lump on my cheek from a fall. To my surprise by using this technique it is starting to go away! I highly recommend this…I also have noticed the difference in my skin. It is softer and the fine lines are less noticeable. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I returned without ever using after discovering I had been gifted the same type tool. I returned over two weeks ago and have yet to see my refund. . . . that might be questionable.
