At 77, I have developed arthritis in my shoulders. I don't like taking pills for pain, but I knew I needed something to help me through the night. My primary care doc recommended trying a patch. I went online and discovered this product. I am very pleased to report that they work. I did use a small amount of the lidocaine 5% cream on my shoulder blades across my upper back. We then applied a patch to each side. They are unscented and stayed in place all night. If the pain is really bad, I can take 3 of the 200 mgm of Motrin caplets. Happy to report I have not needed any Motrin since using this patch. They work!

I worked in retail for many years and do understand that a vendor need to make a profit on items sold. I was surprised to see just how much of a profit Wal-Mart is making on this item. My last order included an invoice from the supplier, Indicating the price is $3 per package/my order for 7 packages totaled $21. Wal-Mart charges $5.82 per package, almost DOUBLE the price the supplier charges. Wal-Mart charged me $40.74. I need these so I will continue to purchase until I can find a less expensive option. Shame on you Wal-Mart.

I think it worked just as well as the high dollar version. it relieved lower back and shoulder pain very effectively.

I tried these because I can no longer get one type of pain patches that I used before. I would prefer the old type but these are much better than the replacements for the other ones.

Received fairly quickly and the price was great. They work great and very easy to put on and take off. Once you put them on they will stay in place all day.

These TheraCare Lidocaine Pain Relief Patches really help me! I use them for both knee pain and back pain. The only drawback is that they don't stick very well . They tend to start peeling off at the corners. But they are worth it because they make my pain more manageable!

Works well. Get help applying the patch if you can't easily do it yourself or it will bunch up and stick to your clothes instead of you.

They don't seem to stay on as well as you would like them too, especially if you wear them at night, and move around a lot, at least from my experience. I move around a lot in my sleep and they didn't seem to stay on for more than an hour or two at times

They don't stay where applied. It rolls up on itself. Would work well if it stayed where it got applied.

though the price was ok, the package arrived open at the bottom. The patches themselves were hard to get off taking the top layer of skin. Too sticky. I tried soaking first but then the glue was left. Hard to deal with since needed on my back. Couldn't move very easily after putting it on.
