a lot of the reviews I read before purchasing mentioned weight gain and getting half of the product in the container. they were right. I opened it and the product was halfway full. I also started gaining weight rapidly. But also, after almost 2 years with PCOS and barely getting a period, i started experiencing cramps that i would usually get when i used to have regular periods and a tad bit of spotting. So I feel if I continue using it consistently, it might work in restoring my period but the weight gain is affecting other aspects of my health and is counterproductive as PCOS causes weight gain as well so I stopped using it. So I feel it depends on how your body reacts to it, it varies from person to person
Bottle was half full which is beyond annoying considering the expense of this product. I did get my period early after starting this and it was a more normalish period. I have hypothyroidism and very high testosterone trying to lower it naturally. It's hard to say if its working yet as these thing take months to work.

Out of curiosity, I peeled off the sticker — and to my shock, the original printed expiration date underneath was 09/2025. This feels very deceptive. the seller sent me a can thats expiring, and put a sticker on top to extend the date for another year, its fraud and they can get in deep trouble for that
Sticker on outside of package says expires 5/31/2026 but individual packages say expired 5/2025. Peeled off sticker and the package says 2025. I purchased these the end of 5/2025. So not buy from this seller!
