Calcium supplements
First-time buyer and found this to contain important combination for calcium absorption and safety for heart. Pills are big so take them one at a time. Currently one serving per day. Be sure to take with food.

I've only been taking this a short while. It's difficult to review health supplements! I can say they are easy to swallow! I hope this helps increase by bone density.

Knees and legs not as painful as usual. It's easy to swallow with no sandy taste .

Takes 2 capsules for 500 calcium
I liked the fact that it included magnesium, D, K and Boron. But it is two capsules to get 500 grams of calcium, so if you have osteoporosis, that's a LOT of capsules to get at least 1,500 calcium.
