THERAPEARL Contour Pack

I bought this to supplement my physio therapy on a wrist fracture. It helps ease the stiffness and feels wonderful. 20 seconds in the microwave, easy to use. I add a light towel wrap to keep the heat in longer. I am so glad I found it!!

My eye doctor recommended that I begin hot compress therapy for my dry eyes. She suggested that I purchase a reusable pack like this one as it works better than hot wash cloth. I microwave the Thera Pearl pack for the recommended 25-35 seconds and it lasts me a good 10 minutes. This contour pack lays nicely over my eyes from temple to temple. The pack does have a tendency to balloon up a bit in the microwave and the pearls all stay at the bottom of the pack, but it's fine for laying on my back with it over my eyes. I really enjoy the relaxation it provides and its much more efficient than constantly re-wetting a wash cloth. I would purchase this again in a heart beat!

exactly what I expected. perfect size for my neck, wrist, ankle or even my arm.

I hated them! They don't retain heat for even 10 minutes and because of the shape and the beads inside, they don't stay in place. Tried them on my wrists. Took them back and purchased some made of clay which are infinitely better!

I like to heat this in the microwave and wrap around my aching knees in the morning. I've worn out a few of them, but this is twice in a row that a tear has developed along the seam after a few months of daily use. This time the fluid leaked out leaving a slimy green mess all over everything and staining my clothes. I'm not buying any more.
