Amazing little pouches.
These are amazing little pouches. We have purchased 2 so far. They stay hot or cold for hours and I am amazed that you can easily just toss them in the freezer OR the microwave. Spectacular product!

I like it because it is compact and you can carry it anywhere. The only thing I don't like about is having to go to the microwave to reheat it.

hot & cold pack
love this ice pack had one before this one but my grand son stepped on it and it leaked but had no problems with it beforex, freezes fast and not to cold that you can't stand it

Great cold pack
This sport pack is great for use on different body parts. Soft and can mold to area that is needing the pack. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

the best fot/cold pack I have used yet
OMG these are the best!!! I bought 2 so i could make one hot and the other cold as well as for other members of my family. We all live by these when were out walking they keep ya cool. When you injur a body part they make it so much better. The don't drip like most packs I have tried. I love these.

hot and cold ice pack
I used it mainly as an ice pack and it was great. I had a tooth surgically removed so the area was super swollen and sensitive. So having the small beads in there was better feeling on my face than some hard ice pack or ice chunks.

Works great and manufacturer honored warranty
I use my sports pack often for cold therapy and it works well. I've never used it for heat therapy. It sprung a leak after a short time and the manufacturer sent me a new one. They told me that the sports packs last longer if stored in an airtight bag, a recommendation I don't see in the packaging or labeling.

Extremely dissatisfied
It looked reliable, spent a little more on it than i would have liked because of that. With in 3 days it hag busted at the seal on the freezer. I mean its not like it got smashed or mistreated in anyway... All we did was follow the instructions... It wasmeant to be frozen

Terrible
I put it in the freezer overnight. The next day I used it. The pack stayed cold for about 5 minutes. The previous brand I had stayed cold for about 40 minutes. I'll be buying a different brand this evening at a different store.
