Pillow
I finally broke down and bought one. It was one of the best purchases I ever made. That pillow is the 💣, or its sic. I didn't think it would make that big a difference in such a short time.

It is the second one I have bought, and I realize now that I have had the first one for years. I use it everyday for long Periods of time. The new one is super, I guess I wore the other one down.

Hopeful!
I am hoping! Used it on one small one hour trip in car. It is on the small side, but I will hope for the best to help rid my pain in lower back and right leg when driving.

not padded enough
I found the pillow to be very uncomfortable , it bothered my coccyx bone and butt cheeks.... I don't have much of a cushion to sit on as it is, but this wasn't good not enough padding for me....It's like a bicycle seat...
