I have spent hundreds of dollars on pillows, I wish I had started with this one. I sleep great and don't wake up with neck pain. It's very sturdy. I love it!

Have been using a similar pillow (maybe same) since 2004. It is only slightly compressed. I got a second one for our vacation home. And, I bought one for my elderly father who is having neck issues. His issues have diminished but he is still getting used to the pillow.

My chiropractor recommended this. It arrived quickly. I need the support in my neck because of arthritis and a sprained shoulder that involved my spine. After the first couple nights I have adjusted to it, and now look forward to sleeping on it for the rest of my life.

It is really hard to get used to this pillow. It is really hard. Wondering if I should have bought the medium firm version. I do not like the little part that sticks out for sleeping on your back. I do, however, think it is helping with some should oain I've had for years.

This pillow did help with my neck and shoulder pain when I slept on my back, but I often shift to my side during the night and the pillow leaves much to be desired for side sleeping. The side-sleeper portion of the pillow got very soft and flat within a month. I only sleep on my left side so I can clearly tell that part of the pillow lost it's firmness and form compared to the other side that I don't use. I would not recommend this product.
