Effective aid
This therapist's choice strap is surely budget-friendly and the non-elastic material with the 10 loops, it really helps my wife with progressive and safer stretching recommended by her therapist after surgery (knee replacement) to help with rehab tight muscles.

After a total knee replacement I am in PT and this is what they use. I find having one at home so much easier than bands! Love mine and use it daily

Does what I need it for. Seems to be pretty well made. The strap seems durable enough to last many years.

Super deal
Perfect description, fast delivery, good price.

For a person with knee/sciatica issues the strap is difficult to secure on the foot. If I had full range of motion this would not be an issue. The Physical therapy is supposed to correct the range of motion.
