Therapy Bar,Flex Bar for Physical Therapy & Resistance Bar for Golfers Elbow,Tendinitis,Wrist,Forearms Pain, Improve Grip Strength and Relieve Pain

These are awesome. My husband used them in therapy. I have a bad shoulder and decided to order a set. What a great way to increase hand,(opening jars and bottles). Wrists, all the arm muscles. Really struggled to bend the blue one. My son did and so I kept trying. Finally succeeded. I will be 76. I would suggest these to anyone wanting to strengthen at home.

Well made, useful exercise/therapy resistance bars. I am glad I got the assortment because they are each different amounts of flex. There are routines suggested online but you can use them many ways without any coaching. I am an older male with some arthritis and find the yellow and red perfect to grasp and manipulate for therapy. The blue I don't bend but put on the floor and run my feet over it for a really nice foot massage. The ribs are just right for gripping and massaging. The many different ways you can use them helps with any specific areas/muscles you want to work on. I can feel it in my wrists, fingers, various arm muscles and shoulders with different routines. I use these more than the therapy balls now. Very useful and seem built to last.

My physical therapist had me using these in his office for elbow problems and I wanted a set for home.

Item was what was expected.
