The foil package is easily opened, and once the air hits the heat is activated, although the full heat potential isn't instant, it's worth the wait. The adhesive ends actually “stick”, making the wrap easily worn under clothing. (I tested out on the front of my knee.) This product gave me lasting relief throughout my day, even after removing it. I'd highly recommend these Heatwraps to anyone with any kind of joint discomfort or pain. I wanted to use it lower on my wrist but it was to big to go around.I tried wrapping it different ways but no lucki took a video. I like that it's flexible and stays securely in place so you don't have to worry about making adjustments. The heat it provides is comfortable and offers relief for several hours. One thing to note is that it's for one time use and isn't repositionable once it's applied, so careful placement is key. I did love the small dots was it felt like hitting some pressure points. Almost a 5 star if it got a little warmer. I followed the directions and chose to use the patch on my shoulder for arthritis pain. After applying the patch, I could feel the heat building but it didn't feel warm enough to give me much pain relief. The adhesive on the patch was very good. It secured completely and kept the patch in place. I wore the patch for 5 hours. I like the concept but in my case I didn't feel like I would benefit from using this product.

It warmed slightly but it wasn't enough for relief. The tape hurt my leg hair when I removed the wrap. It's not for me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the idea of how this heat therapy works but not the design. The wrap is too small to fit around my knee and that's where I need it most. Both of my knees experience daily arthritis and are sore when I'm trying to sleep at night, which is why I was excited to try it. The problem is when I applied it the design is made to fit around a hand or rist, but not a knee. I'm not a big person, 5'3” 135 and this did not attach around my knee, so I needed to wrap an ace bandage around it. Needless to say it did not work because it doesn't stay on.
