I have severe chronic lower back pain and ice does not work for me. These THERMACARE HEAT WRAPS MUSCLE %26 JOINT have been a life saver for me when.I am trying to sleep. Without them I wouldn't be able to sleep. Even though I am prescribed pain medication. THERMACARE HEAT WRAPS MUSCLE JOINT gives me the relief I need at night from the horrible aching I have in my lower back which keeps me awake. The only down side is there are only 3 per box and they are a bit on the expensive side, but to me they are worth every penny they cost me. I wish they came 6 to a box. DOCTORS NEED TO TELL THEIR PATIENTS ABOUT. THESE, but so far I haven't had a single doctor mention them, so I tell my doctors about them. One if the GREAT things about these are that they DO NOT REQUIRE A PRESCRIPTION FROM A DOCTOR!!!

The muscle joint heat wrap fits around my husband's calves and stays put. He started new delivery job and by end of day, his legs were screaming. He now wears during the day and another one at night.

These can help for some muscle pain. Sometimes you get some which do not heat but most do. Just be careful when using them.
