I wanted to use it lower on my wrist but it was to big to go around.I tried wrapping it different ways but no lucki took a video. The foil package is easily opened, and once the air hits the heat is activated, although the full heat potential isn't instant, it's worth the wait. The adhesive ends actually “stick”, making the wrap easily worn under clothing. (I tested out on the front of my knee.) This product gave me lasting relief throughout my day, even after removing it. I'd highly recommend these Heatwraps to anyone with any kind of joint discomfort or pain.
