I would not be able to enjoy my patio without my Thermacell. Today's mosquitoes are beasts and no respecter of dawn, dusk or anything in between. I went out one time without my Thermacell and had a slew of bites to show for my arrogance. Follow the instructions: turn the unit on, press start, wait 15 minutes before using your space (I use this time to gather snacks, adult beverage and my tablet) and prepare to enjoy. Just know the pad needs to be replaced within 4 hours and the light showing the propane is heating the pad needs to remain lit. Failure to do those two things will allow the pesky critters to breach your 15 ft perimeter and you'll have the bites to show for it. Happy summering!

These Thermacell refills work great. I use them outdoors all the time, and they consistently keep mosquitoes away without any strong smell or mess. Each refill lasts as expected, and the protection starts working fast. Perfect for camping, cookouts, or just sitting outside in the evenings. Definitely worth it if you want reliable mosquito control without sprays. Highly recommend.

A little pricey, but seems to get the job done. I was always getting insect bites, but some using the thermo cell, not a one. I like the range it protects. Seriously, the bugs don't come near me when I use thermostat cell. I have the clip on , so it goes where I go. The product works well.

works good still have to use a little mosquito spray but I don't have to take a bath in spray anymore down fall is if wind is blowing it does not work

It is much cheaper from Amazon because they offer a bigger package of fuel and refills.. please offer larger bulk for this product Walmart 🙏 it is a great and very affective to keep the mosquitos and other pests bugs away… highly recommend 👍🏼

works like a champ. a can enjoy my backyard again. i have a koi pond and mosquitoes are inevitable. this product has saved the time i spend outside. i usually run two simultaneously for full coverage

I have bought numerous containers of mosquito repellent. I do not recommend this not a very good product. It's not the best for me. Do not protect very well.!!

The refills are so expensive and aren't recyclable except in hazardous waste facilities. One cartridge only lasts one even. Unfortunately it did a great job of keeping mosquitoes away. But the refills make it to $$$ to use every day or evening. That's why they pull you in with an initial low cost of the unit! I'm going to throw mine away.
