Thermacell MR450 Armored Portable Mosquito Repeller, No Spray, 12 Hour Protection

I had an older model %26 it has more than paid for it self. I bought this one %26 it is quite the upgrade.This has alight that comes when it's at max protection %26 a very nice clip . This is very well built %26 well worth the money . Works well on mosquitoes %26 black gnats.

Was skeptical but used in a wooded area I periodically work in and typically get bit no matter how much repellent I use. Used the Thermocell and spent 2 hours working in area and got 0 bites. Went out the next morning and had to work in the area for a few minutes so didn't grab the Thermocell and got bitten several times! Have used it in the garden and around the house and keeps the critters away.

Love love love these. We each have one and it has changed my attitude about summer yard work. Wisconsin mosquitoes are the worst and Thermacell keeps the nasty critters away.

I live in Texas and mosquitoes seem to love me. I live near a creek and the mosquitoes are terrible. I am an absolute believer. This thing works wonders. I didn't have to spray repellent on me at all.

This product works very well. I had a mosquito infestation around my home for a period of time and needed something like this to safely take my dog for his walks. The only downside to this product is that it takes awhile to turn on and sometimes isn't always effective for large swarms of mosquitoes. Overall, however, I am very happy with the performance of this product.

Works pretty good most of the time, I bought 2 patio shields and one armored Portable and had them all going at once and some nights they didn't even care about the repellant. Even landing on the product as well.. granted this was in Way north Wisconsin.. but if there isn't any wind or have something blocking the wind a little they seem to work ok

I'm one of those people who are just pure mosquito bait and emergency bought this as a last resort to have some backyard time in summer. Even though I still applied picaridin bug spray on my exposed skin and made sure to warm up the thermacell before sitting down next to it, mosquitoes were still invading the supposed radius - perhaps with the help of a light breeze. I still got bitten by two mosquitoes through my leggings. Will continue to try to use it and compare its efficacy in still air, but I wish it stood up to common light breeze situations better.

Works well, but wish it didn't take 15 min. to activate. Burns through the cartridge and pad rather quickly. Too heavy for longer backpacking trips, I will only use it for overnights.

I was really excited to use this. I used it once while sitting on my deck. Had it less than 2 ft from me and was still getting eaten alive by mosquitos. Expected better coverage since the description says gives 15 ft of coverage. Will give it one more try.

I bought this thing and burned three mats and one bottle of fuel before it started to not want to light, I contacted customer support and they have no resolution and want you to sent in the defective product before sending you a replacement
