Microwaved for 1 minute 30 seconds, as instructed on the package. Dripped it across my shoulders and around the back of my neck. Helped to relieve tension in my neck and shoulders. After 10 minutes, (it was still warm, but I wanted it warmer)…. I reheated for 1 minute and 30 seconds and laid it across the top part of my back. Felt absolutely wonderful! Helped me to relax. Relieved the stress and pain. I can already tell it's going to give me great relief when I come in from gardening. I also like that it has ties on it. If you want it on your lower back, or your knee, you can place it there, tie it and walk around with it on.

This item is perfect for my neck! I like the shape of it because I use it in the evening after a long day sitting at my desk. This moist heat really helps the muscles relax. I usually lay it on my neck when I go to sleep and it helps me fall asleep faster

Good quality but wish it stayed warmer longer

My significant other has been battling jaw cancer and moist heat is the only thing that provides any relief. He turns this around so that the neck part is in front, touching his jaw. Sadly, we have purchased two and both have busted open (beads everywhere). One busted open after about a month of daily use and the other on the first use. When he was able to use it, he really liked its therapeutic effects.

This item was used no more than 3 times - I had one I purchased that lasted me five years This one broke in the microwave- I actually purchased 2 and both are broken, Seems like a product defect or it is made poorly now. I just asked for a refund - these are not cheap.
