RELIEF for sure
I cannot say enough good things about this - I would give it a '10 star' if I could...immediate relief from the worse shoulder and back pain I have ever experienced, and local pick up -- did not have to wait 2 days for shipping. Worth any amount of money you pay!

The Best Heating and Massager pad
It is an excellent heat and massage. My Husband love it. This is his second one. His other one was messing up on Him. He kept the booklet and that's how I order it. Andvhe was so happy it came threedays before it was suppose to come and he was so excited.

Heating pad with massager
I love this heating pad. I have it on the back of my recliner for whenever I need it which is everyday in the morning when I first get up. It is so relaxing with the warm heat and it is large enough to to warm my shoulders and lower back at the same time. I occasionally use the massager for my upper back but wish it also massaged my lower back

I absolutely loved my first one it lasted over 5 years but the 2nd one I just bought quit working after 3 weeks.

Got this as a Christmas gift. It worked for a while then the red light started to flash and it stopped working. So disappointed.

doesn't work, don't waste your money
Straight out the box it doesn't work. I plugged it in to try it out and it doesn't even turn on.

After delay in LA I receive both of these items gave one as a gift mine I turned it on used it once and it would no longer work. My friend experience the same thing the massage wouldn't work at all and the heat would go off and if she left it sat for a couple hours the heat would come back on and then go off because these products were defective and I'm surprised Walmart will carry them. The whole affair of waiting not receiving shipment delay after delay and then the items not working at all was such a disappointment and I'm gonna call Walmart customer care and I hope they respond in someway about pedicure I need to product that two of them were so defective.
