This is our second one of this specific heat pack. The first one lasted years and years before we decided to get a new one. Great heat pack!

Great Products for sports injuries and rehab.
This works wonderful for healing aches and pains. The clay is the difference... stays warm longer when you need heat and stays cool longer when you need cold compress. I wish I had found this product a long time ago! Makes my old methods of heating pad and cold packs obsolete.

Great
Have used before. One of the best packs for heat we've ever used. My wife and I use them for our arthritis and they're great. They body for with a little firmness. Perfect for my back.

Excelente for hot treatment
Excellent size. Not to big, not too small. Cover cloth are really soft. Im using it as hot treatment for neck and shoulder pain. Its helping me a lot.

This is my second purchase of this product. I have chronic back and neck pain and using this as an ice pack helps me so much with the pain. This is a great solution for my back and neck pain.

Heavy and warm!
Love this heating pad! Microwave and take with you, no cord attached! The weight puts good pressure on whatever area your treating!

Heat for shoulder pain
Be careful not to heat too much in microwave. It will burst. Works well to comfort shoulder discomfort.

The pack is too heavy.
The Cold/Hot Pack is good but it is too heavy. I used on my leg, and have to lay my leg flat, otherwise it will slip down.
