Wonderful Heat ... BUT Disappointed in this one.
These are wonderful heating pads - had one that lasted for many years. With that said, I have to say I'm disappointed with this one. It's NOT the same one advertised in the photo. This one doesn't have the "hook" style button, but instead has a "press" style button ... which keeps getting stuck. Waiting to hear back from seller - hopefully they will get the correct item to me.

Lacks Description
There is a lack of description on this product!!!! It only has ONE heat setting and you must hold the ON button down for the entire treatment or it cuts off. Not very relaxing or easy to do if you have arthritis in your hands. You cannot return to Walmart store so by the time you send back to Katy Meds you could be out $25 for shipping and 20% restocking fee.
