love that you can slide clip up or down. love that temp registers very quickly, with pinpoint accuracy, which is what you want in a candy thermometer. And I love that the probe is 8 inches long and reaches the bottom of my deepest pot! Soooo much better than my old one!🥰
I am a big fan of the clip for hands free cooking. I am a home baker and anything to make my life easier is so appreciated. this is also great for frying
The thermometer worked great for deep frying. Just be sure your oil is not too close to the plastic part and you won't have melting issues. The target temp feature makes it easy to know when to lower or increase your flame for better control. Highly recommend the product.
I have used other digital candy thermometers but this one is easy to use and easy to see. My soft caramel turn out perfect every time.
This thermometer clips on to the edge of the pot and is very easy to see during the cooking process. I'm very impressed and happy to add it to my baking arsenal.
this is exactly what i needed perfect so i can feel safe that if i had to turn around to do dishes it will beep at me and not waste all my time having to start another batch of sugar !
this seems to work really well and meets my needs. It is a little top-heavy, which is why I took one star off for design, but overall it seems to be made well and it works fine.
Exactly what I needed and easy to use.
I like the quality of construction and the length of the spike but have not had an opportunity to use it. I checked of course that it works so good enough for me.
I have no idea if this is good or not. FedEx has been retaliating for reporting that they lie about whether they attempt delivery or not and whether I am here or not. I'd order it again but FedEx will just continue with the nightmare. What's the point of W if the free shipping doesn't actually work?
