Damatically eliminates leg cramps for me
Damatically eliminates leg cramps for me. When I work or train hard my legs cramp when I sleep. I have replaced the water but the sodium also requires replacement and it really works. Just one thermo tab eliminates these cramps

Excellent
For as long as I can remember I have struggled with severe Charlie horses. My chloride and sodium levels were always to low. However I found this product and take 1 tablet each morning with my routine morning meds and they drew labs and for the first time in over 20 years my labs were within normal limits and the episodes of Charlie horses has decreased by 99%. I will never stop buying this product.
