Best RV upgrade ever!!!
We replaced the toilet in our 30-year-old camper, and my only complaint is why didn't we do this years ago. Installation was a dream, but the best part is it is 4 inches taller, and for a tall family, that is everything!!

Durable toilet
Easy to install and very durable. The spray handle is an added bonus. So pleasantly pleased with this new upgrade to our trailer.

Took the load and did its job well.
Due to Thetfords consistent incompetence, I had to purchase a new toilet. It doesn't matter what brand you buy, Thetford, Dometic, or whatever other brand, the same issue happens with all of them. You would think that a company that has been around for as many years as Thetford, they would fix their issue, but NO, let just make the customer buy another one. My old toilet was ceramic, I bought this plastic one for two reasons. First, it was a lot cheaper than the ceramic one. Second, My butt doesn't know the difference. Yes, this one hooked right up to where my old toilet was with no problem.

Toilet is not stable. I weigh 185 pounds. Toilet flexes and squeaks although firmly bolted to the floor. Feels like it will collapse. Plastic is not durable.

i feel like the toilet is going to break everyone i sit on it. some of the pieces underneath the seat have folded. the toilet seat cover doesn't even cover the entire toilet bowl when it's closed, there's about 1.5 inches gap on top towards the back where you can see straight down inside the toilet bowl. the the thing that opens when you flush won't even close all the way leaving the bathroom quite unpleasant to the nose. i wish i never bought this toilet.

Horrible packaging!!!!
Ridiculous packaging and toilet bowl was received CRACKED AND FILTHY due to box not even being taped with large holes!!! We pay good money to have our orders delivered in GOOD BRAND NEW CONDITION and they are delivered in USED condition!!!!
