All around amazing, I installed myself with no issues, and it came with everything I needed but the pliers and Teflon. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Bought this for someone else and they really liked it. only thing didn't like was Damages to box when left from shipping to our address. some scratches on product.

replaced obsolete toilet with this update with no problems

Commode does not hook up like other commode of this brand like the website says it will. Had to go run down extra parts to hook it up. When you are remote area that's tough. I would only recommend this toilet if you has excess to additional parts.

Replaced old Thetford and expected water connection to be same. The new toilet connection was 4 inches above the old one making the water line too short, having to cut off the line and splice in a longer piece. This took over an hour reaching into a very tight space, when it could have been easily avoided by adding 4 inches of plastic line by Thetford.

did not fit properly on place where old Thetford toilet was willnot tighten down properly also the seal didn't fet properly. I had to make some changes to where it set on the Rv sewage down pipe, also it makes a loud popping sound when you flush defending the slow closing leads purposes. I got it in, it flushed but loud popping still there. I hope it stops popping after it is used a few times. A fifteen minutes job became a n hour or more because it didn't fit properly.

I was replacing a 28 year old thetford and in comparison this is very flimsy. If you lean one way or the other there is creaking and the seat moves. Sure not as good as they used to be. Would hate to have a big man sit on it
