Pricey but worth it!
It tastes just like real apple juice, it is only nectar thick. My 86-year-old post stroke survivor still has bad dysphagia. The swallow text she did indicated that with careful head positioning this was safe for her to drink. Though pricy it has been a blessing and now she has all the other flavors. I highly recommend this.

Worth the money
I bought this for my sister who's had major throat and neck surgery because what she drinks has to be thickened. She really loves this juice and I would definitely buy for her again. She likes it cold so she refrigerates several at a time.
