l prepare my elderly wife's drinks w/thickit specially water. She has never complained about iys taste or consistency. She drinks it daily to help her from aspirating especially while eating. Product seems to work for her.

If you or a loved one has difficulty swallowing this product is very helpful to keep them from choking. It thickens liquids so they can swallow without it going down the wrong path.

Clumps!
For some reason, it clips to the bottom I put in one scoop at a time, stirring between each one. It just won't resolve. I've even continued to stir and, stiil, large amounts are at the bottom of the cup!
