I've been using these stockings for years and love how comfortable they are. I recently was in a position where I needed compression stockings and did not have the time to wait for an online order to arrive. I purchased Jobst stockings (because Juzo was not available there) in a medical supply store near me. There is no comparison. I was so happy when my online order arrived.
I have been wearing Juzo compression hose for 40 years. After trying other brands, I settled on Juzo based on the fit, comfort, and control of my primary lymphoedema. Juzo also gets high marks for appearance. Juzo makes a quality product that has been a large factor in successful control of my condition. I find Juzo Soft to be the most comfortable hose for all day wear, even at 30-40 mmHg. The silicone band works well to keep the hose in place. Over the years, the addition of more color choices has been an added plus from Juzo.
I like that it's possible to pull the Juzo Soft stocking up a little bit on the outside of the thigh. Not much, but a little. I think it makes a real difference in the swelling in my outer thigh. For years I used to wear the Juzo Varin knee high stocking and I really liked how it compressed my leg like a hug, but it's completely impossible to pull it up on the outside of the thigh and in fact I couldn't get the thigh-high version to stay up at all -- I had to pull it back up 20 times a day, even with the silicon band. With Juzo Soft it's less than half a dozen times a day, mostly only if I go up or down stairs or take an exercise walk. I miss the "hug" but the compression is working and the stocking is easier to get on and off, too. I also really like that Juzo has a "short" length between regular and petite -- in thigh-highs, getting the length right seems to be very important to avoid wrinkles behind the knee while coming up as high as possible on the thigh. My official size is "regular" but I've marked the "short" length as true to size because I'm not the only person I know whose officially measured size is "regular" but who finds that "short" works better.
These fit great and do not keep falling down. They give me the compression I need after having sclerotherapy. They will especially come in handy when I have to stand for long hours as a hairstylist. I'm also impressed that this is the only medical grade compression thigh highs that come in my skin tone chocolate. I am very pleased and satisfied with this product@
Juzo has the best "ankle support" that "out does" other popular brands and wears longer and easy to get off. A little tip & trick after putting them "on" . Twick tip of toe area to give extra toe room. Always use rubber (sigvaris) donning gloves to put "all" support stockings on). Been wearing knee-hi and thigh-hi compression for over 50 years. I'm white and wear beige, but also like black. Be sure to follow size chart or see a certified fitter.
excellent quality , fit great, even better if you can catch a sale price. The best of the best .
These are the most comfortable support hose that I have ever owned. They are extremely easy to put on and take off. I will be buying more in the near future,
The Juzo compression socks are much more comfortable than what I was wearing. Your return process is very easy. Your customer service representatives are very helpful
very strong compression & was difficult to get up my calf - but realized I ordered a size too small, so exchanging for larger size and will see how that fits.
I generally like the Juzo brand. They seem to have enlarged the toe box just a bit again - it had gotten quite small. I would encourage them to keep the toe box a full toe box, not the cut-down style they had last year. Additionally, please reinforce the heel better so it doesn't pull away at the seams. Keep the ankle nicely formed as you do to eliminate creases and wrinkling at the ankles. Some of the Juzo versions do not do that. Many other compression hose also do not do that, and there is a constant problem with creasing at the ankle. Their shortest length STILL must be for men. I am 5'4" and always order the shortest length and they are still too long for my leg. This is true for both the knee-high and the thigh-high stockings. Please make a TRUE petite size for women!
