I got this for my son and myself. He's in the board game stage of life, so I saw this and figured, "Why Not?", y'know? Why not get this as a fun little game, and to start conversations, and thoughts that wouldn't have happened any other way. I call that a win-win. This can make adults, and teens come out with the laughs, I feel. As a Walmart associate, this review is my own, and I'm not being compensated for my personal opinion on this game.
Lovely to play with both kids and adults! Low stress and very fun! The best part is you can play with any number of players! The box honestly was smaller than I thought from the pictures but all of the items fit nicely! The dice are nice and big and easy to read! Excellent quality!
This social-emotional learning dice game is fun for children, students and adults of all ages. It's great for individual sessions with adolescents as I work in an elementary school with students with mental health needs. This game is a great way to get to know people that you don't know all that well, but it's also great for learning new things about family or friends you've known for years. The instructions are easy to follow. The dice are sturdy, and the cards are good quality. The dice serve as an effective conversation starter while helping people find common ground to share. This game helps you get to know others in a fun and easy way and can be played for any amount of time.
This is fun. I get this this says for kids but honestly, it sparked my attention for myself as I'm bad at small talk and figured it would be a good way to find new and unique ways to get better at it. While playing with my kids, I see this can easily be a fun ice breaker game at the office too. While the content is great, I think the price point is rather high for what is recieved physically. It's a great tool, but it may be more of a 'wait for the sale' type of item for those on a budget.
My family and I played this, and it was surprisingly fun. It's great for both kids and adults. You'll have lots of laughs and good conversations. It's very simple to play and you can get creative with it. I decided to use this as an activity for homeschooling. It helps my kid with critical thinking and creativity. I like the little box it comes in. Doesn't take up a lot of space. So, it would be easy to take with you if you're on the go.
great game to bring the family together not only to play a game but talk about different topics. fun for adults and kids..
It's great as a conversation starter when you have multiple age ranges. Also great for Backyard fun.
Interesting topics! Definitely gets your mind going without the awkwardness of not knowing what to talk about
Great idea, but quality issueWe were really excited about this game because the conversation prompts are actually really good and get kids talking. It's a fun concept and perfect for family or classroom discussions. However, the letters on the dice were already starting to come off right out of the box. For something meant to be handled and rolled a lot, that's disappointing. If the print quality was better, this would easily be 5 stars. Hoping it was just a one-off issue.
This is a good game to build community and knowledge in families or friend groups. Could also be used in counseling or youth groups. It has interesting questions linked to dice that multiply the ways the set of question cards can be used. There is a small set of instructions that could have been printed larger but get your glasses and you should be fine. Its a simple matter of rolling the special dice and selection of cards that brings questions forward. This is not a game where one wins but instead builds relationships. Try it out at your next family gathering.
