Best Low Calorie, Protein Bar
We have a protein bar ever morning with a piece of fruit. They are all great. We've tried just about all of them. Other bars have too many calories, but these are only 150 calories and taste great.

I've been eating this on and off for years. It's my favorite flavor. It also gives me a lot of energy and keeps me full for hours. I don't eat it daily but I find myself craving it.

These bars are DELICIOUS. They are relatively thin but they're only 150 calories. They are chewy. The only drawback is the price. But if it helps me stay on my diet, it's worth it. I will buy again.

Handy and healthy snack.
These are great tasting snacks, perfect for small snack and. Sufficient protein portion, guilt free bar of snack. I always keep a supply of these to eat during the day or before or after my workout. It's handy size to have in the handbag.

5gram sugar
it is a great tasting product but if you are slightly insulin resistance, the 5 gram sugar will make your levels out of balance. so basically for 10 grams of Protein you will be consuming 5 grams of sugar.

Good protein
Bought it for my kids for a quick snack and protein intake. They didn't like it due to the taste and texture (hard to find a good taste protein bar).

the quality ingredients in this bar are good the taste though is ok its bearable not like other brands good for after a workout or as a snack on your diet good for those on a fitness training journey i feel i did benefit from it and the size of the package was good
