Get Video

Anthony November 7, 2023

I love the free online access and the new radar to allow for video of people walking by a parked car. The video quality is better then my BlackVue and the free online saves be 10.00 a month.

Good But Needs Improvement

Bobby August 2, 2025

The screaming is not what i would like it to be, and there needs to be a wau to upload the recordings to the vloud to give users easier access to them. Plus, the recording length needs to be longer.

Is a 4K dashcam worth the extra $

Gary December 10, 2024

I own 3 other Thinkware dashcam' s. Video quality on playback of my other 3 devices are ok. I decided to upgrade to a 4K dashcam and see if paying the extra $300.00 is worth it. It's a Christmas gift so it hasn't been installed yet. Hopefully what negative reviews there are on Amazon about the app being buggy has been fixed.

I was Disappointed because I ready needed to download continuous footage to show the police but 1 of your Reps said I can download the entire footage from the SD Card. What a relief. Keep up the good work.

So far, so good. I wish they offered a horizontal oriented version of this cam with the same feature set. The length of the vertical shaped camera with the cables that come out of the top means I have limited mounting options in my vehicle.

The order experience was terrific and delivery very fast, however I have mixed emotions about this order. I already own a Q1000 and have been eyeing an upgrade to U3000 for a different car. I contacted support specifically with the concern that U3000 has been in market for a while, and asked whether there are any plans for a newer model. They told me no newer models are planned, so I ordered the U3000. Now, 3 week later, the U3000 Pro is released which is clearly an upgraded model. I have not even installed my U3000 yet. What should I do? Do I return it for a newer model? Or is the original U3000 good enough. I have been a loyal Thinkware customer for several years but this experience is leaving me torn.

I'm still hoping to use your product and try one more time with the U3000 Pro. But this time the U3000 front camera is experiencing volume errors and sometimes no audio at all. And even the rear camera's quality is better specially at night.
