These are my absolute favorite English muffins. The blueberries are so tasty! I love it with a smear of peanut butter. Sometimes they get replaced with substitutions because they're not always in stock so it makes it even more exciting when they do arrive in my delivery order. Cinnamon raisin is good too but doesn't hold a candle to the blueberry ones!
If I had pancake syrup it would've tasted just like a pancake ! If you're wanting a blueberry muffin but not the calories this is what you should substitute it for ! Love love love
Love Thomas' English Muffins everything. Soft fresh and the taste is one of a kind after toasting and spreading on what ever your heart desires. You can trust it will always bring a smile to your morning.
I want to start by saying that I love the taste of these blueberry English muffins. It's not an overwhelming blueberry flavor, it's just the right amount. I like adding salted butter to it, but it also tastes good with some cinnamon butter spread! My only complaint is they are SO difficult to open. It says easy to split, but they are anything but! As you can see from the picture, they are sealed almost completely shut. There are some openings on the sides, but mostly you have to use a knife to completely split it, and then crumbs go everywhere. If they would improve that, I would give it five stars!
Blueberries? Yes. Nooks and Crannies? Yes. Texture was rubbery. Didn't taste 'hearty' as usual. But to be fair...I haven't purchased this name brand of English muffin in at least three years. I would buy original. The blueberry wasn't what I expected.
If the person that picked them for my delivery would have grabbed a fresher batch I would give these a 5. The taste is great, but they were so dry. These are usually better the fresher they are. Best if you buy breads yourself. The deliveries usually get close to best used dates and not fresh stuff.
I said no to recommending this to anyone, especially those who like blueberry. I like blueberries, but there is really no blueberry flavor in this, like it should be. Because they really don't have that much flavor they're close to just being plain muffins. The cinnamon raisin English muffins are delicious. You can eat those right out of the packet. You can toast them you can put anything butter or jelly and you still can taste the raisins and cinnamon.
Who in their right mind would substitute muffin tops for English muffins? They're 2 different things. One is more of a snack/ dessert where the other is a breakfast/ bread. I would have rather it have been marked out of stock than made this substitute. They are not the freaking same.
I LOVE Thomas' blueberry English muffins. Unfortunately I didn't receive them in my order. I paid for them. There is no place to say you didn't receive something in your order, only something you want to return
I ordered blueberry English muffins and got cinnamon raisin. I had to throw them out. No indication that there was a substitution. Shoppers not taking the time to verify what the customer ordered.
