This can be use in various recipes but I like to use it for a curry the most because of its cube size. The meat is soft and delicious. Normally I can't eat goat meat a lot because it has the weird taste. But this is definitely different since I can't tell that it's goat meat! Whether you love goat meat or not, you should give it a try

The package and goat meat came as promised. We just tried one pack out of 4 packs and noticed there is good ratio of meat and bones in the package. However, the meat has little stale or old taste after we cooked the meat. It happens after meat sits in the freezer for long time. If it came from Australia, that is the reason it can happen. I am you are not aware when they killed the animal and pack it, it is probably a long time at least a minimum of 3 to 4 months of time frame. I would have definitely order it again if this meat is little more fresh and no stale smell to it. Thanks.

I grew up eating goat meat most of my life...but very disappointed by the quality of the meat. I was very happy with my earlier purchase of ground lamb. The shipping and delivery are a plus. I would recommend not mixing tender with non tender goat cubes. Amit
