Defective train
The train is defective, the wheels were installed backwards (compared to another train, James) and would skip trying to go up the hill. Fixed that issue and the motor stalls for no reason with a new battery. Clearly vietnam where this is built has zero quality control. The track itself is very cool and the auto dump and crane motions work well. Thomas the train is the problem. Can't return as this was purchased at the Day Out With Thomas event.
