Grandson loves using crane to pick up fallen trains from tracks.

Our son loves all things with wheels, so we knew he'd love this train. He has played and played with it - it's sturdy, and fits perfectly with the other Thomas sets we already own. He has carried it all over our house in the few days he's had it, and loves playing with it. I like it because it's high quality at a great price point. My kids love Thomas and Friends, so the Kevin toy was a huge hit in our household. The toy is made of solid wood and durable plastic pieces that stand up to toddler play. My 3 year old has not stopped playing with this since it arrived! The train itself is very well made and a cute design. Using the magnet arm, you can tow the other wooden Thomas cars and engines, and then lower them back to the tracks. My favorite part is that the magnets are so well attached, so I don't have to worry if he leaves his trains out where his younger sister might play with them. I bought this a week ago and it's a nice little toy !!. The Thomas's and Friends Wood Kevin is a great hand held toy that's can be played with inside rolls nicely love the little crane that's moves up and down it's definitely got some great structure the wood is very nicely detailed very sturdy for great time playing love how you can take this toy along in the car and it's just the right size . The magnetic piece is great picking up things that are a great way to be creative and keeps you busy and have fun during the day . My son loves this wooden/magnetic train! It works with his other Thomas magnetic trains and even the genetic ones we have. He really loved the magnetic crane part and testing to see if he can pick up objects or toys with it. It seems durable and lots of fun for imaginative play. It doesn't have a magnet on the front of the car (other than the crane) so it has to be at the front of the line of trains but my son doesn't seem to mind much. My three year old loved the Thomas & Friend Wood Kevin when he first opened it. His favorite feature was that it has a magnet and that it was small enough for him to carry it around the whole day. My son loves heavy equipment machines. This toy brings his grandpa who loves trains to be able to enjoy and play together. My son is into trains right now, so we go straight to Thomas & Friends. When looking at them all, he picked this Kevin engine. I like that it has the name of the engine engraved in the bottom. It also has magnets so it could attach to other engines. It's decent made for being wood, but not sure how long it will hold to against my 3 yr old. I was not expecting a hot wheel size train car when this arrived. Overall this is a small cute little car for a toddler to 5/6 yr old child. My 5 yr old played with this for about 15 minutes and then she lost it in the house somewhere.
