Thomas & Friends Wood Rosie Wooden Tank Engine Train

grandson loved this

Fat shipping, and my grandson loved it!

This was given to me to test by Mattel. My 2 year old daughter absolutely loves it. She likes to put other magnets in the magnetic back and watch them move. Rosie goes wherever my baby goes. I like the fact that even at 2, she is able to learn about magnets, even if that was not the intended purpose. The wood is sturdy and not cheap. The wheels work amazingly. The paint is shiny and well done. Overall I would highly recommend the Thomas trains to anyone with children. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The little engine who can...on her own terms! I loved the description of the character on the packaging. When playing with Rosie, my two year old and I have her running the track! Following her throughout our train town, her color is a great addition to the crew.Rosie's been dropped and chewed with no issue. Her paint is beautiful and will stand the test of time. My little one is VERY rough with toys! Because this is a wooden piece, I did have hopes that it would hold out. After taking it out of the packaging, I was nervous that a few throws on the floor and the wheels would break or that it would chip easily. I am very happy to say that it has withstood a BABY BEATING and is still in PERFECT condition as if I just opened it!!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My son is all boy and loves anything with wheels. This train car is perfect for his 2 year old hands. He can easily pick up the train cars and take with him wherever he goes. We don't have the tracks but that doesn't matter he still has a great time playing with it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The Rosie train is the cutest. My daughter loves bringing her train with her everywhere. The details are great and it is made very durable. I love the magnetic front and end caps to connect other trains in the set. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

My grandson was SUPER excited to get this. The only complaint I have is that Walmart.com as gotten my last 3 orders incorrect. This item was ordered to ship to my grandson's name. Instead, it came addressed to my dad. But my grandson was still excited about his Thomas the Train.

The Fisher-Price Thomas & Friends Wood Rosie is a real winner! My daughter loves this toy! It fits perfectly in her hands. She loves trains, so this toy couldn't be more appropriate for a train lover! The toy is made well and is realistic looking. I love that it has magnets on the front and the back so that you can connect other train cars to it as well to make a longer train. This toy is a win-win for your child if they love Thomas & Friends. The toy looks just like the character on TV and will provide hours of endless fun for your little one. Choo-choo!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I received this Wood Rosie train as part of a Play, Rate, and Review program. My son was interested in it at first because it was something new. What child doesn't get excited with a new toy right out of the package?! He played with it the first day while riding in the car, but then it just sat there with other car toys waiting to be played with again. I think this toy has the potential to be great had it been sent to us as a set so my son sees how the trains connect with the magnets. There really wasn't much fun in just one little train, so it's hard to say whether or not it's a great product. Perhaps in the future we may purchase a few others so he can link them together via the magnets. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
