Missing a whistle
These are cute and a great idea for party favors. However, the bag was short one green whistle, which does not work since the plan was to make 12 party favor bags for 12 kids. I really do not want to go and buy another pack for one whistle. I cannot find contact information anywhere on the packaging to report the missing whistle.
