A lot of people don't understand that you have to supplement with the active form of folate or you might as well not supplement it at all. I highly recommend this to any woman who is considering pregnancy and also those who have trouble absorbing folic acid. My energy level has been so much more stable since I started taking 5-MTHF consistently. Thorne is the best in the business when it comes to ingredient form and I trust them over any other brand.
Just received and it is not 5mg. it is in fact 1mg. No where in the description does it say or show how many mg. It is the same price as the manufactures site and I will have to take 5 pills a day. Lucky my daughter is taking 1 mg so I will give it to her. Just be aware that this is very misleading.
