I've been using the product for one week now. I take two tablets daily, 1 at lunch and 1 at dinner. Directions say to take with meals. This is important, because it doesn't seem to be as effective if you take it after you have eaten. My gas and bloating seem to be improving.
This definitely helps with my digestion. I noticed that when I take two capsules I get acid reflex so for me one is plenty with each meal. This helps break down your foods and assimilate your nutrients to the body better. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
When I was having gut issues a year ago, my ND recommended the Thorne Digestive Enzymes. I found them to be far more effective than other brands I'd tried. I recently decided to start ordering them directly from Thorne instead of a large e-commerce company.
These enzymes really work for me. My kinesiologist recommended them and they have helped with several issues i was having.
What a product. Cant live without it. Normally i use it when i take a big meal or i go to those all you can eat restaurants ( meat or sushi). It works very well! Keep it up the good work thorne!
Absolutely amazing, I can now eat and go out without fear of digestive issues. I've been working for 15+ years to find out the root cause of my digestive upset and these were the answer!

Thorne supplements in the past have been greatly beneficial, but I have to disagree with the title of advanced digestive enzymes would in fact there's really no carbohydrate or protein enzymes per se. I prefer a different combination of digestive enzymes. If you're having low acidic problems, it's OK.
Unfortunately this supplement has an ingredient that did not work at all with another medication I take. Fortunately there were no serious bad effects, but after two doses this is a no for me. I'm sure it is a quality product that I wish I could take.
