This product helped me a lot actually. I have. ADHD and generalized anxiety and take a prescription to help Me focus. I just stopped a course of anti depressants and was looking for supplements instead of pharmaceutical solutions to improve my status quo. I would take the ashwaghanda in the morning each day. I felt that it helped me better handle anxiety throughout the day. I also took glycine around 6pm to ease off the huge anxiety attacks I would feel at the end of the day after stopping Lexapro.I noticed when I ran out of it. will purchase again.
This is the best quality most potent Ashwagandha I have ever tried! Totally recommend!!
