Enhance intensity and duration of training sessions for track and field
I have used this product for over two years and think that it has made a huge impact in the level of intensity I am able to reach in training. As a professional track and field athlete, we are constantly pushing our bodies to the limit, and I am constantly looking for ways to properly fuel and recover. Essential for my workout routine
I started taking Beta Alanine-SR a few months ago and have loved it ever since! I initially started using it for strength training, but I noticed it also benefits my cardio workouts. My muscles fatigue less easily, allowing me to train harder. It does cause a slight tingling sensation in my hands and face, but it's not extreme. I can't imagine my workout routine without this supplement!
