Great for workouts
I have always loved Beta-Alanine for strength and endurance training. I don't trust a lot of pre-workout supplements on the market because they aren't NSF certified and don't undergo the same rigorous testing that Thorne does. Beta-Alanine, a few bananas, and some yerba mate before my workout, and I'm zooming.

Easy to take
These are easy to take. I was worried due to their size (I'm not a great pill taker) but they went down easily! I due wish there were suggested timing on taking these with the other supplements. I haven't noticed any increased energy or jitteryness like some mentioned. I have been taking two daily.
