I started taking Beta Alanine-SR a few months ago and have loved it ever since! I initially started using it for strength training, but I noticed it also benefits my cardio workouts. My muscles fatigue less easily, allowing me to train harder. It does cause a slight tingling sensation in my hands and face, but it's not extreme. I can't imagine my workout routine without this supplement!

These are easy to take. I was worried due to their size (I'm not a great pill taker) but they went down easily! I due wish there were suggested timing on taking these with the other supplements. I haven't noticed any increased energy or jitteryness like some mentioned. I have been taking two daily.
