i havent beem taking it long enough to give a full review but in the 2 weeks it has helped me stary the day with a noticable boost. Ive also lost a few lbs
The fact that I'm having dreams are enough for me. Dreams that's are in color and where I can smell. My mind, although still busy, has some calmness. I can recall some things better.

I haven't been using this for long. Not quite a month yet and it probably has helped some at this point but I'm sure there needs to be more time to get in my system as these products differ from person to person. I have not had any issues or side effects with this product, and for that reason alone I would recommend it.
